Work Location: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. · Required Skills: Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (preferably in mass-consumption companies). Experience managing unionized personnel. · Talent Profile: Experience managing unionized personnel (team size exceeding 45 people). Ensures accurate recording of finished goods and raw material entries and exits in warehouses (cyclic counts / blind counts, transfer validation). Manages product rotation to prevent/reduce shrinkage. Controls warehouse inventories through ORACLE to ensure real-time system data accuracy. Pre-liquidates routes in MSIO systems and handles invoicing. Monitors daily indicators, analyzes performance, and drives continuous productivity improvement.
