GEPP, a portfolio development company of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its great family: · We are seeking a Warehouse Leader Work location: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. · Required skills: Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related Bachelor's degree Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (preferably in mass-consumption companies) Management of unionized personnel. · Talent profile: Management of unionized personnel (team size exceeding 45 people) Ensuring accurate recording of finished goods and raw material inbound/outbound movements in warehouses (cyclic counts / blind counts, transfer validation) Managing product rotation to prevent/minimize shrinkage. Inventory control via ORACLE to ensure real-time system data accuracy Pre-settlement of routes in MSIO and billing systems. Daily KPI tracking, analysis, and continuous productivity improvement.
