With more than 30 years of experience, our cutting\-edge solutions have consistently delivered proven results and helped facilities professionals improve operational efficiency and performance across a wide range of industries. **SUMMARY** Produce high\-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Obtain a deep understanding of the products and the documentation requirements for multiple software applications around the world * Produce high\-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience * Write easy\-to\-understand user interface text, online help, release notes, and developer guides * Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests and design specifications * Translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content * Write about technical subjects for technical and nontechnical audiences * Test and update existing software and documentation * Adhere to and update in\-house style guide * Create infographics and screenshot markups * Create and build out user assistance infrastructure, including how\-to sections, FAQs, and Help sections * Update, edit, and proofread written materials such as product manuals, user manuals, how\-to guides, and FAQs * Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product marketing team on new development **SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY** No supervisory/management authority **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of industry experience **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** * Advanced knowledge of technical writing software documentation * Excellent problem\-solving ability and attention to detail. * Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization * Excellent written skills in English * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office * Basic familiarity with software development * Facility with documentation publishing software, such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, ZenDesk, or Wikis **WORK ENVIRONMENT** Work is remote
