




Job Summary: Mochomos Arcos Bosques Restaurant seeks an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to ensure beverage selection and quality, control costs, manage inventories, and supervise staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages beverage selection and quality. 2. Controls supplies to reduce costs. 3. Supervises and trains bar staff. Restaurant located at Paseo de los Tamarindos No. 90, Cuajimalpa — Seeking Assistant Bar Manager for MOCHOMOS ARCOS BOSQUES FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure proper beverage selection. Ensure beverages are delivered to customers (timeliness, temperature, presentation, taste, and portion sizes). Control all supplies to reduce costs. Ensure continuous training of the department. Warehouse inventories. Cellar inventories (if applicable). Bar inventory of products (beer, supplies, and soft drinks). Prepare the bar with beer setups, soft drinks, and wines. Prepare customer-ordered beverages following recipes. Weekly glassware inventory. Wine inventory by bottle percentage. Verify opening and closing bartender inventories to confirm accuracy. Supervise bar cleanliness, staff uniforms, bar setup, and stock levels. Check that no products are missing from warehouse or bar stock. Daily beer control compared against sales. Organize weekly schedules. Maintain updated recipes and cost sheets monthly. Promptly inform the manager of any issues or matters of importance, take necessary actions as required, and suggest solutions or alternatives as appropriate. Conduct weekly team meetings, indicating metrics and objectives to achieve, as well as required action plans. Train new staff on processes and recipes.-Requirements- Minimum Education: High school diploma (Bachillerato General) 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years
