Coordinates with the academic department **Student Support Administrator** **Job Description** We seek an organized, service-oriented individual to administer our educational platform, ensuring academic content is correctly available and students receive timely support regarding platform usage and class access. **Requirements** **1 year of experience in:** Educational platform administration, customer service, or user support. Basic proficiency in: · Zoom · Vimeo · Learning Management Systems (LMS) · Google Drive or cloud-based tools **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related field. **Responsibilities** * Download recorded sessions (Zoom) and upload classes to Vimeo and the educational platform. * Organize academic modules and maintain an updated class catalog. * Verify that links, titles, and access credentials function correctly. * Provide basic student support via WhatsApp (access issues, platform usage, general inquiries). * Coordinate with the academic department to adhere to the course schedule. * Ensure weekly materials are available no later than Saturday morning. * Identify and report technical incidents in official student groups. **We Offer** $10,000 to $12,000 net monthly + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturdays (remote work). Location: Jardines del Bosque. Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
