Description GEPP, a portfolio development company of leading brands with national presence and over 45,000 employees, invites you to join its great family as: SENIOR TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGER Work Location: Santa Fe (Hybrid) Talent Profile Education: Bachelor's degree / Engineering in ICT, Systems, Software, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering with a systems focus or related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Proven experience working under agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, actively participating in sessions and continuous delivery cycles. Experience in developing and implementing full-stack solutions (Angular, .Net, Java, SQL, etc.), supported by specialized technical training (courses and/or certifications) in development technologies and best practices. Participation in technology and/or digital projects focused on last-mile delivery, logistics operations, warehouses (WMS), and ERP systems, integrating end-to-end solutions. Experience in implementing, deploying, and scaling software projects, including post-implementation support and continuous improvement. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, operations, business, QA, infrastructure), facilitating communication between technical and operational areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, implement, maintain, and optimize complete software solutions (front-end and back-end), ensuring scalable, secure applications aligned with business requirements, and actively participating in the entire software development lifecycle. Identify technological needs within operations. Actively participate in defining, documenting, and optimizing operational digital processes. Coordinate, execute, and monitor pilot tests of technological solutions, validating their functionality in real operational environments. Analyze operational results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and scalability, proposing technical and functional adjustments that enhance system efficiency.
