We're looking to bring a **Senior Construction Project Manager** onboard remotely to help us keep our projects on track, on time, and on budget. We aren't looking for someone to just sit at a desk and update a spreadsheet. We need an "Agent of Progress"—someone who knows how to move a project forward and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen. This job is remote work\-from\-home Monday \- Friday 9am \- 6pm EST. Nights and weekends as needed. You need to see problems coming before they hit us. * **Handling the "spectrum":** One day you might be overseeing a quick renovation; the next, you’re managing the administration for a luxury estate. * **Solving problems:** If a problem is at your level, you fix it. If it’s bigger than you, you alert management immediately. * **Communicating:** You’ll be talking to construction managers and realtors.
