We are looking for SALES ASSISTANTS eager to join this new strategic opening in Santa Fe. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a unique in-store experience to our customers, providing personalized advice and fostering customer loyalty in alignment with the brand’s values and service standards. What will your responsibilities be? • Identify and fulfill customer needs by delivering personalized service. • Achieve established sales targets. • Participate in store cleaning and organization. • Participate in store visual merchandising and proper product placement. • Build trusting relationships with customers to drive loyalty. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with fellow team members. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Assistant (in luxury or premium semi-luxury retail, jewelry or watch retail, or premium brands). • Passion for personalized sales, commercial vocation, and clear customer orientation. • Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. • Excellent appearance aligned with the premium experience we offer our customers. • Strong communication skills. • Flexible working hours. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS University degree. Jewelry-related training. Business-level English.
