Support for Human Capital area projects We seek an Operational Recruitment Specialist responsible for ensuring vacancy coverage with profiles aligned to operations, as well as tracking hiring quality and staff turnover. This role focuses not only on filling vacancies but also on ensuring that hired talent remains with and integrates properly into the organization. Responsibilities Profile gathering and validation with internal clients Posting vacancies across various recruitment sources Ensuring onboarding process compliance with leaders Tracking new hires during their first 3 months Monitoring turnover of hired personnel Support for Human Capital area projects Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operational recruitment, preferably warehouse (high-volume) Experience in interviews and selection screening Proficiency in recruitment platforms (Pandapé preferred) Basic/Intermediate Excel Profile We Seek Results-oriented Sense of urgency Organization and follow-up Judgment in profile selection Focus on hiring quality, not just coverage We Offer Monthly Net Salary + Performance Bonus: $13,000 NET MONTHLY Statutory benefits Job stability Career development within the Human Capital area. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Age: between 28 and 35 years Keywords: analyst, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
