Work environment that values talent and commitment At FRESKO PABELLON BOSQUES, we want to expand our team by seeking talented individuals such as: · PICKER - ORDER ASSEMBLER SALARY: $10,400 (Gross Monthly) + FOOD VOUCHERS: $1,323 (Net Monthly) WEEKLY PAY · Who are we looking for?: Education: Junior High School Experience: Not required Service-oriented attitude Availability to rotate schedules and shifts Strong motivation for self-improvement What will your responsibilities be? Assemble internet orders while meeting customers' expectations for quality and freshness. Supervise and coordinate team members under your responsibility, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers' addresses. Guarantee fulfillment of customer orders by supervising and coordinating staff for order assembly and shipment, ensuring customers receive their orders on time and exactly as requested. Perform order opening, closing, and payment processing by consulting the system for each order. Supervise and coordinate staff for payment collection. Maintain direct contact with customers when necessary to ensure service satisfaction and encourage continued ordering, thereby increasing store sales. Manage documentation and administrative tasks, generating sales and stock-out reports, tracking orders and associated expenses to maintain control over costs and revenues, aiming to generate profit and avoid inventory shrinkage or fluctuations. Perform mathematical operations and use computers to generate and prepare reports. Resolve customer-related issues. What do we offer?
