Supports recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, and organizational culture. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology * Organized with administrative/social skills * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and human resources administration * Prior experience in advertising agencies is mandatory **Competencies:** * Customer service orientation * Teamwork focus * Organization and effective time management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Analytical ability and conflict resolution skills * Frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure * Dynamic * Proactive * Timely follow-up Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain **personnel documentation** (personnel files, contracts, offboarding, etc.) to **ensure order and compliance** within People & Culture records. * Provide **daily administrative support** (scheduling meetings, office inventory control) to ensure the team and employees have the **necessary support and resources**. * Manage **first-point-of-contact employee communications** (answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person/department) to **resolve questions promptly** and maintain a strong **service climate**. * Support **Recruitment and Selection processes** (posting job openings, scheduling initial **interviews**, onboarding documentation) to **accelerate new talent integration** and ensure a smooth initial *onboarding* process. * Collaborate on logistics and implementation of **Culture and Climate initiatives** (events, trainings, surveys) to **foster engagement**, professional development, and a positive work environment. * Update **People & Culture internal databases and systems** (records of **vacation days, contracts, and headcount**) to **maintain data accuracy** and information confidentiality. * Participate in the **Execution of Onboarding and Formalization of New Talent**, ensuring a seamless transition from document receipt through full employee activation (including tool provisioning, electronic signatures, and corporate identity materials). * Maintain an updated record and alert system for **contract expiration management and renewal processing** for recently hired staff. **We Offer:** * Salary of **$10,000.00 to $12,000.00**, tax-free, commensurate with experience * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Work location: One block from Plaza Universidad * Very close to Zapata Metro Station * Terrace areas for outdoor work * Hybrid work model (2 remote workdays: Tuesdays and Thursdays) * Kitchen areas for food storage, heating, and consumption; 1.5-hour lunch break * Excellent work environment, social gatherings, and internal team-building activities * Casual dress code Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
