SALARY: $10,400 (GROSS MONTHLY) + GROCERY VOUCHERS: $1,323 (NET MONTHLY) WEEKLY PAYMENT Who are we looking for?: Education: Junior High School No experience required Service-oriented attitude Availability to rotate schedules and shifts Strong desire for self-improvement What will you do?: 1. Preparation and Production Disinfection: Rigorous washing and disinfection of fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens using the Distintivo H system standards to ensure food safety. Preparation: Making salads, bowls, cold-pressed juices or extracts, and smoothies following standardized recipes. Customization: Modifying ingredients and dressings according to customers’ dietary restrictions or preferences. · 2. Inventory and Freshness Management Stock rotation: Applying the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) or FIFO (First In, First Out) system to ensure the freshest products are always used and minimize waste. Storage: Temperature control in refrigerators and cold rooms specifically designed to preserve the organoleptic properties of vegetables and fruits. Waste and quality control: Selecting optimal produce and immediately discarding wilted or oxidized food items. · 3. Hygiene and Food Safety Area cleaning: Continuous disinfection of worktables, juice extractors, blenders, and knives to prevent cross-contamination. Waste handling: Proper classification and hygienic disposal of organic waste (peels, pulp) to maintain cleanliness. Protective equipment: Mandatory use of hairnets, face masks, gloves, and aprons by all staff. · 4. Customer Service Direct interaction: Advising customers on the nutritional benefits of ingredients (e.g., green juices, detox juices, high-fiber options).
