Role Summary The Head of Operations is the **engine of the company**. You are responsible for execution, accountability, culture, and momentum. You lead from the front, set the standard, and ensure the company moves forward every single day. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is slow, you speed it up. If something is unclear, you clarify it. There is no “later.” There is only **now**. Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership * Own day\-to\-day operations across staffing, onboarding, client delivery, and internal teams * Build and refine systems that scale without losing quality or accountability * Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them quickly * Ensure deadlines are met—no excuses, no drift Culture \& People Leadership * Be the **culture carrier**: urgency, ownership, professionalism, and execution * Lead by example—your standards become the company’s standards * Hold leaders and team members accountable to performance expectations * Coach, develop, and remove people as needed to protect the business Execution \& Results * Turn strategy into action—fast * Ensure priorities are clear, tracked, and completed * Step in personally when needed to ensure outcomes are delivered * Drive consistency, discipline, and follow\-through across all teams Client \& Business Impact * Ensure client experience is tight, proactive, and professional * Anticipate problems before clients feel them * Partner with leadership to support growth without operational breakdowns What Success Looks Like * Operations run smoothly without constant escalation * Teams move fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership * Problems are solved before they become fires * Culture reflects urgency, pride, and execution * The company scales without chaos Who You Are This role is **not** for: * People who need excessive direction * “Managers” who avoid hard conversations * Anyone who believes tomorrow is guaranteed This role **is** for someone who: * Is relentlessly driven and execution\-focused * Leads by example and never asks the team to do what they won’t do * Thrives in fast\-paced, high\-accountability environments * Makes decisions and owns the outcome * Understands that results matter more than titles Qualifications * Proven experience leading operations in staffing, BPO, or service\-based companies * Track record of building systems, enforcing standards, and driving results * Strong leadership presence with the ability to command respect * Comfortable managing remote, international teams * Bias toward action, clarity, and accountability Why This Role Matters This position directly determines whether Tele\-Help\-Ing **scales cleanly or breaks under growth**.
