A prominent company in the logistics industry is seeking: LOGISTICS DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education or incomplete university degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating delivery drivers’ routes. * Experience managing personnel (delivery drivers). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone usage. * Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day. * Valid Class A driver’s license. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage resolution of incidents related to goods delivery. * Loading and unloading: coordination and participation. * Monitor field staff, vehicles, and routes. * Operate tracking software. * Ensure goods shipments comply with the established SLA. * Support orders with data inconsistencies accompanying products, in order to maintain operational flow and meet established deadlines. * Record payroll-related incidents for operational staff.
