Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulatory standards **Excellent Flow is seeking a Credentialing Specialist** to manage and oversee provider credentialing and enrollment processes with insurance carriers, hospitals, and regulatory entities. This role requires strong attention to detail, follow\-up skills, and in\-depth knowledge of credentialing requirements and compliance standards. The position serves as a key point of contact between providers, payers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate credentialing. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end provider credentialing and recredentialing processes * Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications for insurance payers, hospitals, and facilities * Serve as primary point of contact with insurance carriers, credentialing organizations, and provider offices * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date provider files, licenses, certifications, and supporting documentation * Monitor credentialing timelines and ensure TIMELY FOLLOW\-UP on pending applications * Verify provider credentials including licenses, DEA, NPI, board certifications, and malpractice insurance * Ensure compliance with payer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies * Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve missing or incomplete information * Track expirations and proactively manage renewals and recredentialing cycles * Maintain organized records and documentation in credentialing systems and databases **Required Skills \& Experience** * Proven experience as a Credentialing Specialist or in a similar credentialing role * Strong knowledge of insurance payer credentialing and enrollment processes * Familiarity with CAQH, NPI, and payer portals * Excellent follow\-up, tracking, and organizational skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of healthcare compliance and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) **Important Note** This role requires **prior hands\-on experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment**.
