This role is critical to ensuring proper execution of the commercial strategy in the field, driving business growth, and strengthening the sales team’s performance. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the field sales team. Ensure achievement of volume, coverage, and productivity targets. Execute and supervise established commercial routines. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans. Accompany the team on field visits and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities. Identify commercial opportunities at the point of sale. Ensure correct implementation of pricing, promotions, and displays. Maintain effective communication with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, HR). Requirements Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Marketing or related fields). Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams (mass consumer goods preferred). 100% fieldwork experience (mandatory). Proficiency in commercial KPIs. Ability to lead, influence, and develop team members. Basic to intermediate proficiency in digital tools. Valid driver’s license (Class E). Experience operating 8-ton vehicles.
