At Casino Palace, we are seeking a Waiter Captain with leadership skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience in food and beverage operations to coordinate and supervise the waiter team, ensuring excellent service for our customers. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the waiter team during each shift. * Ensure efficient, friendly, and high-quality service. * Assign service areas and roles to staff. * Support team training and performance feedback. * Verify compliance with service, hygiene, and presentation standards. * Address and follow up on customer requests or complaints. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service and quality. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter Captain or in a similar position. * Knowledge of food and beverage service. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Outstanding service attitude and communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
