What are we looking for? A professional with comprehensive training delivery experience, including e-learning environments and onboarding processes, with a focus on structure, implementation, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Design and development of training programs (in-person and e-learning) Implementation of courses and follow-up on training plans Development and execution of onboarding processes Evaluation of results and continuous improvement of content Documentation of training processes Preparation and control of DC-3 forms Compliance with guidelines issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) Requirements: 3 to 4 years of experience in corporate training Completed bachelor’s degree (postgraduate degree preferred) Experience in course development (in-person and e-learning) Experience in onboarding Knowledge of DC-3 regulatory requirements STPS certification as a trainer is desirable Willingness to travel (nationwide operations) 100% in-person work modality Work Location: Polanco, CDMX Important Notes: This position operates within a traditional corporate environment; therefore, formal appearance aligned with organizational guidelines is required.
