What are we looking for in you? * Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Culinary Knowledge: Hygienic handling and preparation of simple foods (snacks, sandwiches, pastries). * Passion for Coffee: Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverage preparation and traditional brewing methods. * Service Attitude: Excellent customer service and strong verbal communication skills. * Commercial Skills: Ability to perform suggestive selling (offering add-ons or promotions). * Punctual and committed.
