Rosticería Molinos is a Mexican company founded in 1986, operating in the restaurant, rotisserie, and tortilla sectors, with a presence across 73 sales points. We are currently seeking a BRANCH SUPERVISOR to strengthen operational/administrative processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's operations. **REQUIREMENTS Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. Completed high school diploma (minimum requirement). Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an assistant manager, supervisor, or shift leader. Flexible availability (shift-based schedule). RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise and coordinate the operations of multiple branches along a route within the metropolitan area and CDMX. • Oversee branch openings and closings. • Prepare sales reports, staffing needs reports, raw material and supply requirements reports. • Perform cash reconciliations and inventory counts. • Conduct branch verification checklists. • Ensure staff compliance with assigned duties. • Verify overall establishment and staff appearance and cleanliness. • Inspect product quality, preparation, and presentation. • Develop new sales, marketing, customer service strategies; explore new markets; design and execute new commercial projects.
