Evaluate facilities, processes, and staff training Rosticería Molinos is a Mexican company founded in 1986, operating in the restaurant, rotisserie, and tortilla sectors, with a presence across 73 sales locations. We are currently seeking a BRANCH/OPERATIONAL AUDITOR to reinforce operational/administrative processes and support the company’s continuous operational improvement. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in internal auditing, branch auditing, or operational control. Desirable experience in retail, food industry, or multi-branch chains. Willingness to travel between branches. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Internal auditing and internal control. Review of cash register closings, cash counts, and reconciliations. Inventory analysis, shrinkage, and expiration tracking. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Evaluate branch facilities, operational processes, documentation, and staff training levels. • Conduct scheduled and unannounced audits at the Distribution Center and branches. • Execute physical inventory counts and cash register closings, verifying accurate information reconciliation. • Validate expenses, purchases, shortages, and deviations identified at each branch. • Prepare audit reports including findings, evidence, and improvement recommendations. • Follow up on action plans and compliance with internal policies. COVERAGE AREA: • Central Zone and Metropolitan Area of CDMX • State of Mexico • Xochimilco • (Total of 73 branches audited; daily visits to 3–5 sales locations.)
