OBJECTIVE: To generate information reports containing quantitative and qualitative details of SAC operational management. Education: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN MATHEMATICS, ACTUARIAL SCIENCE, ECONOMICS OR ADMINISTRATION, OR ENGINEERING. COMPLETED. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in managing large-scale contact centers to provide operational compliance options. Proficiency in data analysis and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of business and management KPIs. Proficiency in automation tools and ability to lead cross-functional teams, promoting innovation and service quality. Knowledge of statistical models. Intermediate SQL Intermediate Power BI Advanced Excel Knowledge of Customer Experience platforms, preferably Genesys Cloud. RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate and analyze in detail, accurately and consistently, information derived from the operational management of sales and service campaigns. Analyze, consolidate, and prepare reports regarding monthly goal achievement by agents and supervision groups. Present managerial reports based on analysis of information from various services. Administer and maintain up-to-date database information. Optimize internal departmental processes. Prepare departmental management reports for the Supervisor. Maintain required service levels on a monthly basis. Apply data security protocols (users, reports, access, and logs). Organize handling and transmission of information according to priority to ensure efficient delivery. Utilize data visualization tools to present information in a clear and understandable format. Schedule: Monday to Saturday — 3 days in Santa Fe / 3 days in Tlalnepantla. TLALNEPANTLA AND SANTA FE WAREHOUSES. WE OFFER: Statutory and above-statutory benefits.
