In this role, you will progressively learn the administrative and operational topics carried out at our branches; this training is designed to ensure all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement in managing our branches. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential to foster and maintain an environment of continuous learning. You will work closely with store managers to identify branch needs and manage operations accordingly. Prior experience in unit management, retail, and personnel management is required, with emphasis on enhancing customer service skills. Your ability to motivate and guide a diverse team is critical to success in this position. Maintaining appropriate cleanliness standards in the store. *Requirements:* Availability for shift rotation, eagerness to learn and improve. Completed high school education / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Valid documentation. Prior experience in retail stores, cash handling, cashier duties, and vault management.
