In this role, you will progressively learn the administrative and operational topics carried out at our branches; this training is designed to ensure all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement in managing our branches. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential to foster and maintain an environment of continuous learning. You will work closely with store managers to identify branch needs and manage operations accordingly. Prior experience in unit management, retail, and personnel management is required, with emphasis on enhancing customer service skills. Your ability to motivate and guide a diverse team is critical to success in this position.
