Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (verifiable). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the retail industry. Knowledge and experience in: Sales, operations, logistics, and human resources management. Staff follow-up and development. Knowledge and control of shrinkage, expiration, and average ticket indicators. Management of a team of 10 to 14 employees. Maintenance of healthy and reliable inventory. Shelf management knowledge.
