Responsible for monitoring progress toward achieving monthly sales targets. Immediately report any deviations, failures, or violations of company standards and policies to the Zone Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Director, and/or Human Resources. Share responsibility with Human Resources for the store’s recruitment and hiring process, with the Store Manager making the final hiring decision. Ensure full compliance with all company policies. Create short- and medium-term action plans and objectives for staff retention and development. Coordinate in-store execution of marketing promotions designed by Krispy Kreme® to maximize sales. Develop work plans focused on sales growth, cost control, profitability goals, and potential promotional initiatives. Lead and oversee store operations to ensure all company-set objectives are fully met. Prepare daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly store reports related to operations and administrative matters. Responsible for implementing safety measures during opening and closing shifts. Serve and assist customers as needed. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained both inside and outside the store. Ensure and guarantee follow-up on bank deposits. Your Success Profile: Completed bachelor’s degree and/or currently enrolled in or having completed a technical program in economics, administration, social sciences, humanities, business, or related fields.
