Up-to-date knowledge of federal tax laws Position: Accounting Analyst **BENEFITS** \- Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus). \- Job stability. \- Salary: $13,000 \- $15,000 per month. \- Permanent remote work. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:** \- Minimum 3 years of recent verifiable experience in general accounting at an accounting firm. \- Certified Public Accountant. \- Solid knowledge of general accounting and financial analysis. \- Solid knowledge of reviewing and issuing digital tax receipts. \- Up-to-date knowledge of federal tax laws (Income Tax, VAT, Special Tax on Production and Services). \- Knowledge of federal and local tax calculations. \- Technical proficiency in Aspel COI, NOI, and SAE (Intermediate level, mandatory). \- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate level, mandatory). **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Accounting entries, journal entry input, and account reconciliation. \- Input and validation of information into the system. \- Accounts payable and accounts receivable control. \- Preparation of accounting and tax reports. \- Preparation of Electronic Accounting. \- Preparation of bank reconciliations. \- Preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis. \- Recording of depreciation and amortization. \- XML file download.
