(Degree holder) Experience: 2 years in corporate or law firm settings. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Intellectual property matters. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of advertising materials, digital content, communications, commercials, documentaries, radio spots, magazines, etc. Review of contracts/supporting documents related to Image Rights, Service Provision, Music Licenses, Talent Agreements, Collaborations, among others. Proper use of trademarks and protected rights under the applicable intellectual property law. Review of Terms and Conditions for promotions. Mandatory: Degree holder. Drafting and reviewing trademark usage licenses, image licenses, music licenses, sponsorship agreements, talent agreements, commissioned works, promotions, collaborations, etc. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
