Implementation of technology to automate management A leading lighting company requires: **Warehouse Manager** * Work location: Lerma, near Av. de las partidas * Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 **Requirements**: * Technical degree completed * 3 or more years of experience in inventory management and stock control within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge and familiarity with MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM levels. * Inventory and logistics * Preparation and tracking of the FORECAST **Job Responsibilities:** * Receiving and dispatching goods. * Organizing and arranging the warehouse, ensuring safety and accessibility. * Accurately and timely recording warehouse movements—receipts, transfers, shipments, and sales—in the ERP system. * Conducting physical and virtual inventories. * Identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Maintaining appropriate stock levels, minimizing both overstock and shortages. * Analyzing inventory data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and optimize inventory management processes. * Ability to anticipate and prevent inventory-related issues. * Implementing technology to automate processes, improving inventory management (turnover, classification), setting targets to monitor receipt, preparation, and dispatch of goods, ensuring a more agile and profitable operation. * Storing goods on two-level high racks. **We Offer:** **Salary**: $14,000 monthly **NET** plus $3,000 in performance bonuses \+ Statutory benefits, Life Insurance.
