Job Summary: We are seeking a sales associate for Kekala who will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, advise customers, and maximize sales. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: To provide an exceptional shopping experience for Kekala customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales through in-depth product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and professional customer service. Job Responsibilities: - Customer service - Advising and providing customers with information about our products. - Boosting sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques. - Achieving or meeting established sales targets - Informing customers about promotions and special offers - Conducting inventory counts - Receiving and organizing merchandise - Processing cash and bank terminal sales transactions - Preparing and reconciling daily cash closing - Adhering to internal policies and regulations - Cleaning the work area Job Requirements: - Education: High school diploma Experience: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience Knowledge: - Basic food hygiene practices preferred.
