We seek an organized individual with administrative experience and analytical capability to provide operational support to the Projects and Commercial departments. **Responsibilities** * Administer project and client follow-up. * Manage, organize, and update internal information. * Prepare reports for the Projects and Commercial departments. * Assist in coordinating among various operational departments. * Maintain documentation control and databases. * Basic CRM usage and information handling in Excel. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Industrial, Sales, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in administrative functions, commercial support, or project analysis. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, and reports). * Basic/intermediate CRM and **Microsoft Office** skills. * Highly organized, responsible profile with effective communication skills. * Class A driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. * Age between 30 and 50 years. **We Offer** * Monthly net salary: **$12,000 MXN**. * Indefinite-term contract. * Internal training. * Job stability and structured environment. * Professional growth based on performance. * Immediate hiring. * Work schedule: **Full-time**. * Work modality: **On-site**. * Work location: **Leon, Guanajuato**.
