Monitors the MFIJ platform and signs contractual instruments **Gestalt RH is seeking Tender Specialists in Urbana Ixhuatepec \- Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT!** ***Tender Specialist*** We are looking for a committed and experienced **TENDER SPECIALIST** in managing public tenders to join our team. *Responsibilities:* * Prepare economic and technical proposals for tender processes, award procedures, and invitations. * Request documents such as letters and quotations from suppliers. * Identify opportunities based on the Annual Procurement, Leasing, and Services Program (PAAAS). * Draft, develop, and submit documents related to government procurement matters. * Register in the National Supplier Registry. * Report and analyze sales results (Award Report). * Monitor the MFIJ platform (Module for Formalization of Legal Instruments) and sign authorized contractual instruments. * Deliver, read, and analyze reconciliations, objections, and brand inclusions in procurement matters. * Government agency liaison activities. *Requirements:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
