Training on Microsoft 365 and platform administration **Job Description** At **POWER PROCESS CONTROL**, a market-leading company specializing in the purchase, sale, import, export, brand representation, technical support, and rental of electronic equipment and instrumentation, we are looking to add an **IT Leader with expertise in CRM Dynamics 365** to our team. We have a strong track record in the industry and offer an innovative, professional, and collaborative workplace focused on the continuous growth and development of our employees. **We value excellence, teamwork, and camaraderie.** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide operational and access support for CRM Dynamics 365. * Deliver technical support to users (on-site and remote). * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. * Administer users, access rights, and licenses in Microsoft 365. * Support basic administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant. * Register, update, and manage IT asset inventory. * Manage warranty claims with Dell (ticket creation and tracking of repairs or replacements). * Configure and provide basic support for IP telephony (extensions, softphones, SIP settings). * Perform basic WordPress updates (pages, plugins, and forms). * Document procedures and incidents in the ticketing system. **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in: * Computer Science * Information Technologies * Computer Systems * Networks * Or related field **Experience** * 1–2 years of experience in technical support or similar roles. * Experience or knowledge of Microsoft 365 and **CRM Dynamics 365.** **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Dental insurance. * Training on Microsoft 365 and platform administration. * Growth opportunities within the IT area. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
