Quality Control Technician with 2–3 years of experience in logistics and parcel delivery operations, specializing in team supervision and ensuring compliance with operational processes in last-mile delivery. Experience in incoming and outgoing goods inspection, traceability control, and incident management, with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI compliance.
