





Pharmaceutical company seeks: "Human Resources Analyst" Job Objective: Administration of payroll incidents and payroll records, as well as timely submission of pre-payroll; additionally, management of human resource hiring in accordance with the recruitment and selection procedure. * Receive personnel documents for new hires, terminations, and salary modifications to process system updates in SAP. * Review and correct entries and exits recorded in EASY CLOCKING, verifying that permissions, vacations, tardiness, absences, and disabilities have been properly applied to the corresponding payroll. * Request bonuses from each department head, confirming that 100% of bonuses are available for inclusion in the month’s final payroll. * Request and receive incident reports from each department for inclusion in pre-payroll (e.g., vacations, absences, disabilities, INFONAVIT loans, FONACOT loans, overtime, bonuses, commissions, etc.). * Submit payroll, severance, IMSS, and INFONAVIT information to the Tax Department and auditors for annual audit certification. * Request SAP numbers for severance and settlement documents from the Accounting Department; submit payments for severance and settlements to former employees. * Request and file general illness, maternity, and work-related risk disability certificates ST\-7 and return-to-work certificates ST\-2.
