Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max). Manage campaigns on TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads (as applicable). Ensure proper implementation of tracking and measurement (GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs). Analyze key metrics: CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and user behavior. Build clear and actionable dashboards in Looker Studio. Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to improve lead quality. Propose improvements, A/B tests, and new digital acquisition opportunities. Stay up-to-date on performance trends and best practices. What are we looking for in you? Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field. 2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Solid experience in analytics, dashboards, and advanced optimization. Knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and UTMs. Experience collaborating with sales teams and lead generation. Analytical profile, results-oriented, and focused on budget efficiency. PLUS if you’ve worked with marketing agencies or BTL.
