Today, we seek a Vehicle Manager who wants to assume a strategic role within operations, ensuring our fleet is always ready to hit the road, operating efficiently, safely, and with cost control. Your responsibilities will include: • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, ensuring daily availability and optimal mechanical, safety, and appearance conditions. • Control and optimize operational costs (fuel, tires, spare parts, and department budget) through analysis and monitoring of KPIs. • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all vehicles (documentation, inspections, insurance, and official procedures). • Coordinate and develop your team (mechanics, technicians, and operational staff), promoting a culture of prevention and responsible vehicle use. • Manage incidents and accidents, as well as technological fleet control (ERP, GPS, reports, and KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency. • Conduct periodic visits to branches to verify the physical condition of vehicles and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. Requirements: • Mechanical, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering degree, or related Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in comprehensive fleet management. • Experience in maintenance, budgeting, cost control, and supervision of operational personnel. • Experience managing and controlling refrigerated units or refrigeration systems for delivery vehicles. • Knowledge of vehicle regulations, official procedures, and insurer coordination. • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP systems or fleet management software. • Preferred experience in distribution, transportation, or mass-consumption companies.
