Teamwork and focus on business priorities A logistics and distribution company is seeking: FINANCIAL PLANNING MANAGER Responsibilities This position reports directly to the General Management. Ensure budget compliance across all departments. Directly execute, supervise, indirectly prepare, and monitor the financial model. Support compliance with requirements, fulfillment of financial obligations, and reporting. Assist in preparing reports and ensure their quality. Develop diverse financial analyses. Support financial analyses across various business lines and company departments. Manage effective budget execution by identifying efficiencies and reallocating budgets. Analyze customer information to model and propose pricing, cost, and other strategies to better serve internal customers and enable data-driven decision-making. Work collaboratively, align with business priorities, conduct research, learn continuously, and provide and receive feedback. Requirements Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. More than 4 years of verifiable experience. Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and database handling). Desirable: familiarity with financial indicators and ratio analysis. Willingness to commute to our offices and travel as needed. Competencies High level of organization and attention to detail.
