Job Summary: We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to manage online sales platforms, customer service, and product editing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages e-commerce platforms and customer service 2. Performs photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator 3. Publishes and updates products on various online platforms Futool Internacional is a company specializing in the sale of gardening equipment and spare parts. Our warehouse is located at Pantaco, 10 minutes from Ferrería metro station or Fortuna suburban station. We are looking for your talent! E-Commerce Assistant Key responsibilities include: Product listing on platforms such as: 'Amazon, Shein, Mercado Libre' Photo processing and editing (Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator) Sales and post-sales support Customer service on online platforms Price and inventory updates Product registration and updates Sales reporting. Requirements: Education: Marketing, Communications, or related field (completed or incomplete) Minimum 1 year of experience promoting, administering, or managing e-commerce platforms Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel) Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator We offer: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 hrs Salary: $8,500.00–$10,000.00 (depending on responsibilities and experience / negotiable based on current salary) Statutory benefits Full payroll processing Join our team!
