Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized E-commerce Assistant to manage and operate our store on digital platforms, supporting listing creation and content editing. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the creation and management of listings on Mercado Libre. 2. Support in the production and organization of product photos and videos. 3. Collaboration on key operational tasks for e-commerce growth. We are looking for a proactive and organized E-commerce Assistant with experience in online sales to support the management and operation of our store on digital platforms. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in the **creation and management of listings** on Mercado Libre and other platforms. * Support the **production and organization of product photos** that resonate with our customers. * Perform **basic photo and video editing** to give them a professional touch. * Execute **adjustments and corrections** on the platform as needed. * Collaborate on **e-commerce department operational tasks**, playing a key role in our growth. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum **3 months of e-commerce experience** (Mercado Libre, Amazon or similar). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **social media** (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Proficiency in **Canva** for image editing and simple graphic design. * Basic knowledge of **Excel**. * Excellent **writing and spelling skills**. * **Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented attitude**.
