Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Executive with a strong commercial mindset to develop the Ruiland brand in the veterinary channel, focusing on prospecting, strengthening relationships, and brand positioning. Key Highlights: 1. 100% field-based role focused on prospecting and business relationships. 2. Training for distributors’ sales force. 3. Logistics coordination and product display. We seek a dynamic Commercial Executive with a high commercial mindset to develop the Ruiland brand in the veterinary channel. This is a 100% field-based role focused on prospecting new distributors, strengthening business relationships, and positioning the brand in CDMX and other states. Responsibilities: - Prospect and onboard new distributors in the veterinary channel. - Negotiate commercial agreements, place orders, and provide continuous follow-up to active customers. - Train distributors’ sales force on product benefits and usage. - Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure proper product display. - Submit weekly reports on visits, opportunities, and sales to General Management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Business, or related field. Mandatory: Personal vehicle. Willingness to travel. Availability to work 100% in the field. Experience: Field sales or customer service experience preferred (not necessarily within the veterinary sector). Skills: Proficiency in Excel and digital tools, strong verbal communication skills, and self-management capability.
