Position Objective: To provide first-level technical support to users in Spanish and English, ensuring operational continuity and an excellent service experience. Responsibilities: * Receiving and logging tickets (remote and on-site). * Providing hardware, software, and operating system support (primarily Windows). * Configuring devices, email, printers, and basic network settings. * Timely escalation to higher support levels (Level 2/Level 3\). * Documenting solutions in the ticketing system.
