Your main responsibilities: *Support in recording accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). *Assistance in bank account reconciliations. *Filing, control, and organization of tax and financial documents. *Support in validating electronic invoicing (CFDI). *Collaboration on general administrative tasks within the finance department. What We Are Looking For (Requirements): *Currently enrolled student in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory: valid faculty/school insurance). *Knowledge: Basic Excel proficiency and familiarity with accounting principles. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP) is a strong plus! *Skills: Attention to detail, proactivity, honesty, and excellent organizational ability. What We Offer: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Compensation: Monthly stipend of $5,000.
