Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure product and inventory tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for procurement, purchase tracking, and inventory management. 2. Supplier negotiation and management. 3. End-to-end package management, quotations, and billing. Join the XTREME PARK family as Procurement Analyst WE OFFER: • Direct employment contract with the company • Gross monthly base salary of $15,000 • Statutory benefits from day one • Food vouchers amounting to 10% RESPONSIBILITIES: Procurement, tracking of purchases for supplies, food, retail items, and all related products; package dispatch, quotations, comparative charts, purchase orders, delivery tracking with warehouse, supplier negotiations, sourcing and agreements, returns, courier management, inventory, and billing. REQUIREMENTS: One year of experience as a procurement assistant or analyst. Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with at least one ERP system.
