We offer a professional environment with timely weekly payments and excellent benefits.** **Income and Benefits Structure:** * **Base Salary: $8,300 (42h) or $9,500 (48h) per month.** * **Productivity Bonus: $1,800 per month.** * **Food Vouchers: $600 per month.** * **Transportation Bonus: $45 per working day.** * **Benefits: Statutory and above-standard (Life insurance, dental insurance, savings fund).** * **Payments: Weekly (Thursdays).** **Training:** **Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (One-time training payment: $6,500).** **Operational Schedules (Fixed Shifts):** * **7:00 PM to 2:00 AM** * **10:00 PM to 5:00 AM** * **11:00 PM to 6:00 AM** * **5:00 PM to 12:00 AM** * **3:00 PM to 11:00 PM** * **Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.** **Requirements:** * **Minimum 3 months’ experience in a call center.** * **Completed high school diploma (Proof required).** * **Valid RFC and INE.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have call center experience?
