




**Company Description** BANORTE SUPPORT **Job Description** Execution of specialized technical support tasks for regional projects, including on-site support in localities to maintain updated inventories, on-site support services such as executive personnel assistance, and special activities related to ATM operational continuity, technical support for equipment and configurations—where required, such services may be delivered at the corporate, regional, or local level. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * More than 3 years of experience in systems engineering and IT support is required. * Proven successful experience in hardware and/or software installation and maintenance. Experience in developing automated scripts and software is preferred. * Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement and protect Inetum’s and assigned clients’ trade secrets. * Exceptional teamwork skills, high levels of self-motivation and self-management. * Ability to travel within the geographic area assigned to your queue. **Additional Information** Responsibilities: * Maintain up-to-date the knowledge base and documentation related to technical support. * Ensure customer information security and privacy throughout the technical support process. * Comply with the security procedures and policies established by the banking institution. * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure service continuity.
