Position Summary: We are seeking a Public Accounting professional with payroll experience to prepare, control, and manage tax-related processes, providing support and advisory services within a collaborative environment. Collaboration in administrative and HR processes Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting** (certified). * Proven experience of **2 to 3 years** in payroll. * Proficiency in **Compaq**, **IDSE**, **SUA**. * Knowledge of **hiring and termination of personnel**. * Experience in **pre-payroll and payroll calculations** (weekly, biweekly, special). * Expertise in **bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), state and federal taxes** calculations. * Addressing and clarifying payroll-related inquiries from employees. * Handling incidents and supporting HR processes. * Intermediate English （interview and knowledge test will be conducted in English） Responsibilities: * Preparation and control of payrolls across various pay periods. * Administration of personnel movements with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Calculation and filing of payroll-related taxes. * Tracking and resolution of personnel-related incidents. * Providing payroll-related support and advisory services to employees. * Collaborating with the Human Resources department on administrative processes. * General support for Human Resources department activities.
