Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to calculate and analyze costs, manage cost centers, prepare budgets and quotations, and support monthly closings and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational cost analysis and control, and profitability margin monitoring 2. Preparation of budgets and profitable quotations 3. Support in monthly closings and generation of financial reports REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Minimum 8 months of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles * Experience in preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) * Experience in basic budget control * Experience in operational cost analysis * Experience in preparing quotations for services or products * Advanced Excel proficiency required * Class A driver’s license (desirable but not mandatory) RESPONSIBILITIES * Calculate and analyze operational costs by service, client, and operation * Monitor and control cost centers and profitability margins * Prepare and track monthly budgets and forecasts * Prepare profitable quotations and provide financial support to the sales department * Analyze cost variances, productivity, and overtime hours * Support monthly closings and preparation of financial reports * Generate basic cost and margin reports and dashboards WE OFFER * $24,000 gross monthly salary. * Statutory benefits from day one: * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot * 15-day year-end bonus * Vacation premium * Subsidized cafeteria. * Savings fund * Paid birthday leave * Transportation (Av. de la Luz, Cerrito Colorado, Sombrerete, Pie de la Cuesta, Juriquilla). * Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $21,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Complimentary beverages * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
