**REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Public Accountant * Degree holder with professional license. * Age: 25 to 45 years old * 3 years of experience **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Financial and Accounting Management: * Prepare weekly expense reports for the central office. * Solid knowledge of NOMs application, tax regulations for the construction sector, and federal and state legal obligations. * Proficiency in cost management, budgeting, bank reconciliations, electronic invoicing, and project income and expenses. * Advanced Excel, financial analysis, and interpretation of financial statements. * Manage costs and comparative budgets for each ongoing project. * Collaborate with the construction administration team to optimize internal workflows.
