




Job Summary: The Accounting Coordinator manages the tax and accounting functions of condominiums, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, supervising invoicing, and coordinating audits. Specialization in accounting and financial administration. **Objective**: The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for the tax and accounting management of the condominium, ensuring compliance with tax obligations, verification and reconciliation of payments, as well as payroll and related tax control. Additionally, the role supervises the proper issuance of invoices and credit notes, and performs necessary reconciliations in accounting systems. The coordinator also oversees tax audits and ensures timely updates of records related to IMSS and INFONAVIT. **Specific Job Responsibilities:** · Verification of ISR withholdings for professional services. · Calculation and filing of payroll tax and ISR on salaries. · Review of discrepancies in tax returns and submission of clarifications to SAT. · Control and review of invoices for payments made. · Downloading and validation of XML invoice files issued via SAT’s portal. · Issuance of credit notes for early-payment discounts. · Reconciliation of accounts receivable and interest calculation. · Recording and reconciliation of income and expense journal entries in Contpaq system. · Reconciliation of payroll, assimilated payments, and severance payments. · Compilation and breakdown of salary, IMSS, and INFONAVIT expenses. · Supervision of IMSS incapacity and termination payments in SUA. · Review of INFONAVIT credits deducted versus paid. · Monitoring of SAT’s tax mailbox for official notices and requests. · Compilation of information required for tax and labor audits. · Registration and updating of construction projects in IMSS’s SIROC system. Requirements: Applicants with prior experience in similar coordination roles. **Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional license certificate is mandatory. **Knowledge and Experience Specialization in:** Administrative support for condominiums. Accounting and tax management. Tax filings and interaction with SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. **Technical Knowledge:** Integration of accounting and financial information. Use of tax platforms (SAT, SUA, INFONAVIT, SIROC). Proficient use of Contpaq (ADVANCED). Proficient use of Excel (ADVANCED). Payroll administration. Management of tax audits.
