Internal control and compliance with corporate policies DESCRIPTION **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant (licensed). **Experience:** 2 years of experience in the finance area as an Accounting Analyst. **Competencies upon joining:** * Knowledge of general accounting. * Interface management. * Big data management. * Advanced Excel. REQUIREMENTS **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and analysis of the company’s key financial statements (Balance Sheet, Comprehensive Income Statement, Changes in Equity, and Cash Flow Statement), in accordance with national standards, international standards, and SOX. * Accurate management of accounting processes to ensure correct and timely recording of accounting and financial information. * Establishment and enforcement of internal controls, corporate policies, and tax regulations. * Accounting for and reconciling intercompany transactions. * Accounts Payable: Oversight of the final balance of the suppliers and creditors account. * Accounts Receivable: Oversight of the final balance of the customer portfolio regarding timely application. * Auditing: Support and facilitate both internal and external audit procedures. * Fixed Assets: Maintain control over company assets (additions and disposals, proper depreciation, and insurance coverage for company assets). * Costs: Preparation of the cost and services statement, as well as related analysis. * Inventory control. * General Accounting: Recording and validation of accounting transactions. * Assist in collecting sufficient and appropriate information to support tax calculations. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Restaurant vouchers. * Hybrid work arrangement (70% remote).
